How it works

If you have a piece of furniture that you would like us to work on we would ask that you email us a couple of photos of the piece (from different angles) along with a few rough measurements (side to side / front to back etc) and a brief description of what you are wanting to us at -

We can then provide you with a rough estimate to include labour, sundries and fabric.

If this rough estimate is within your expected price range we can then start to choose fabric. We do only work with fabrics that we have supplied as it means we can offer a full guarantee and comply to furnishing legislation.

Since Covid we have scaled back on pattern books and taken advantage of the free sample service that our suppliers use - it means that you can see the fabrics on your piece of furniture in your house and during the different lights of the day. We would just need an idea of colour and texture of the fabric that you were thinking and can arrange for samples to be delivered to your home.

We use a variety of different fabric suppliers which cater to different budgets and tastes.

When it is time to bring your piece in we would ask for payment of the fabric by means of deposit. The balance would then be due upon collection. We do offer a free collection and delivery service for larger pieces that do not fit in your car!
